• We would deliver up to maximum of 10 suitable matches  (90% or better compatible), based on requirements, essay, hobbies and preferences provided by the member every quarter (3 Months).
• LOGIN - The user would be registered with our service as a CLUB member . A userid & password would be provided to the member.
• ADVERTISEMENT - The user can either register/add there profile himself/herself online (click terms) OR Email the advertisement/profile OR Fax us the profile and requirements OR Walk into our office and complete the profile and photo.
• PHOTO - At least one passport photo is required and can be emailed (webmaster) along with userid or sent by regular/registered post/courier to our office in New Delhi, India.
• MANUAL MATCHMAKING & INTRODUCTIONS - Our expert staff members will ensure your profile is properly created; will perform weekly searches and send email on your behalf to prospective matches.
• We will introduce you, your hobbies, mandatory requirements and preferences and exchange photo and information once there is a proper match.
• We will speak with the person and exchange emails ensuring at least a 90% or better match.
• DELIVERY - We will print the profile and additional contact details (upon permission by member) and send it to you by REGULAR POST or by EMAIL¹
• We will optionally provide Horoscope (Janampatri) match per Indian Astrology for an additional charge. This will be available shortly.

• The service can be subscribed either for 6 months or for one year.
• Full Pre - Payment will be required for the service . Payment can be made via a credit card or Demand Draft/Money Order or Cash. Cash is only accepted in India in Indian Rupee only. You can pay online using our complete secured online processing system.
• We will pay for the regular post and email but for the courier, the expenses are to be paid by the member

Memberships are NOT automatically renewed unless members wish to do so in online payment screen (where they enter credit card information). Members are REQUIRED to RENEW themselves if membership is expired. Six-Month memberships are automatically terminated at the end of the expiry period.  All fees/charges including Membership fees are NON - REFUNDABLE
